Material: Housings up to Ø 78 mm made of sintered steel, over Ø 78 mm made of grey cast iron GG20, lever St52, V-belt pulley cast steel.

At the lever of the tensioning element, there is a shaft with grooved ball bearings.
These grooved ball bearings are permanently lubricated, equipped with
seals and thus protected against dirt. Can be used for both tensioning directions.
The shaft is welded or screw-mounted (see table: Achse verschweißt = shaft welded,
Achse verschraubr = shaft screw mounted).
